Get Started — FreePick a tracker the first time you sign in — Heart, Head Injury / Concussion, or tell us what you're tracking. Each one comes with the symptoms and triggers that fit.
Where PainLog started, and still all here. Track cardiac episodes, symptoms, and triggers.
Track symptoms after a concussion or brain injury. Follow them over time, for recovery and for the record.
A flexible tracker for any recurring pain. More specific trackers are coming.
Tracking something else? Tell us in the app. You'll get the General tracker now, and your answer decides what we build next. You can switch anytime with Switch tracker at the bottom of your log.
Rate each episode from 1 to 10 with a color-coded slider. The label matches your tracker — Pain Level for heart and general pain, Symptom Severity for concussion.
Every new entry starts a timer. Heart entries auto-stop at 20 minutes. Symptom trackers stay open until you stop them, so a long day is recorded as a long day.
Quick-tap chips that fit what you're tracking. For heart: Pressure, Shortness of breath, At rest. For concussion: Headache, Light sensitivity, Screen time.
Record what an episode cost you — Missed work, Couldn't drive, Missed an event — or mark no impact. The difference between how it felt and what it did.
Download your log as text, CSV, or PDF. Text and PDF open with a cover sheet: your name, the date range, and the entry count. Email it or print it before your appointment.
Sign in from any browser you use. Your entries sync to your account, so the log you started on your phone is waiting on your laptop.
The first time you sign in, choose Heart, Head Injury / Concussion, or "Something else" — which starts you on the General tracker. You can switch later.
